The part where we talk about ourselves.
We’d rather the product did the talking. But you’re handing your warranty record to a company you haven’t worked with, so you’re owed a straight answer about who we are.
warrantini exists because warranty operations is the process everybody has and nobody systematized. Every brand that ships a physical product makes a coverage promise. Almost none of them have software for keeping it — a form collects the registration, a spreadsheet holds it, an inbox absorbs the claims, and the answer to “who’s covered right now?” is somebody’s best guess.
The software on offer didn’t fit the problem. At one end, registration forms that can’t process a claim. At the other, enterprise suites sold through discovery calls, built for dealer networks and warranty departments. In between — where most brands actually live — nothing.
So we built the thing in between, and we built it as infrastructure rather than as a form: one warranty record, reachable from a portal your customers use, a dashboard your team runs, and an API your engineers can build against. AI does the analysis; your people keep the judgment. We charge a flat monthly price, we never take a share of your sales, and your data exports any time you like. We’d rather be worth staying with than hard to leave. See what it does →
Who’s behind it
warrantini is developed and operated by MGP Labs, a division of Mahusai Global Partners — a consulting firm that has spent fifteen years inside the operations of Fortune 1000 industrial companies and the private-equity firms that own them. MGP Labs builds and runs its own software with its own capital. No fund timeline, no exit pressure.
MGP is led by Brian Carpizo and Ed Humphries, both former McKinsey & Company leaders. Brian has founded four companies and ran industrial AI as an SVP at Uptake Technologies; at McKinsey he advised manufacturers on applying AI to warranty operations, which is where warrantini started. Ed was Chief Digital Officer at Barrick.
How we work: the docs are open, the pricing is published, and you can test the product against your own orders for fourteen days without talking to anyone. If you’d rather we helped, we will. There’s no charge for it, and nothing to buy at the end.
