The three tiers

warrantini has three plan tiers — Starter, Growth, and Scale — each starting with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required upfront.

Where billing lives

Plan and subscription management is at Settings → General → Plan & Billing.

The sidebar has a separate top-level Billing item — it's a disabled placeholder today and doesn't lead anywhere. Manage your plan from Settings → General instead.

From Plan & Billing, a merchant can:

• See the current plan, trial status, and subscription status.
• Start a trial, which opens a Stripe Checkout flow.
• Manage an active subscription via Manage Subscription — change plan, view invoices, or cancel — which opens Stripe's own Customer Portal.

What's the same on every tier

Registrations are unlimited on every tier, regardless of plan.

What differs by tier

The tiers gate specific capabilities rather than registration volume:

• API write access — Starter's API keys are read-only; Growth and Scale add write access for creating and updating records through the public API.
• Self-attested registration (no receipt required) — Growth and Scale only.
• Bulk serial-number upload — Growth and Scale only, capped at 10,000 serial numbers per upload.
• Multi-store — connecting more than one storefront to one account isn't available on any tier today.
• Admin and Agent seats — Starter includes 1 admin and 3 agents, Growth includes 3 admins and 10 agents, Scale is unlimited on both.
